Shipping
After receiving the client's shipping instructions, we will arrange for our freight forwarders and transportation companies to carry out the shipment. We will follow the loading operation throughout the whole process to avoid shortage or damage of the goods. To ensure cargo delivery smoothly.

Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: Normally our MOQ is 10000pcs, if we have stocks, 1000pcs is also acceptable.
Q: If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
A: If any breakage or defective products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of the container. We will advise you to certify the claim by a third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally, we will completely compensate for all your loss.
Q: How to proceed the order if I have logo to print?
A: Firstly, we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and next we will produce some real samples for the second confirmation. If the samples are ok, finally we will go to mass production.
